If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase we will issue a refund or exchange. There a few conditions:

  • We must be notified of intent to return within 2 days of receipt of goods.
  • Authorization must be obtained by emailing us before anything is returned and item must be returned within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email.
  • Item must be returned in a resalable condition. 
  • Reason for return must be included in writing with the returned item.
  • We cannot accept returned underwear, wigs or contact lenses for hygiene reasons;
  • Item must be returned with all original packing at buyers expense;
  • Item must be unworn (apart from trying on)
  • Item must be unmarked;
  • Items of clothing must not smell of smoke, perfume etc.
  • Items returned that do not meet the above conditions will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer once the buyer has paid for excess postage.
  • We will not issue refunds or exchanges until we are in possession of the returned item therefore recorded delivery is recommended.
  • Postage and packing charges are not refunded.


We charge a 20% restocking fee ($5 minimum charge per item) to cover our costs which will be deducted from the refund. This charge can be waived at our discretion.
